Anxiety

We all experience anxiety in some form. But for some of us, it can impact our ability to function at our best. Anxiety can manifest with constant rumination over the “what ifs”, fears of the unknown, or even avoidance. In our sessions, we can identify and process your specific struggles then develop coping skills that work for you.

Perinatal Mental Health

Perinatal mental health care encompasses the time period during pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period, spanning from conception to one year post-delivery. In our sessions, we can process your journey through any infertility challenges, childbirth, postpartum depression or postpartum anxiety, as well as the adjustment into parenthood.

Life Transitions

Change is a constant in life. Learning strategies to cope with both expected and unexpected life changes allows us to be more present in our day to day life. In our sessions, we can explore any life transition that has you stuck or feeling uncertain and develop strategies to embrace the change.
