I believe the first step in building a positive therapeutic relationship is ensuring that we are a good fit. This is an opportunity for the client to share a brief overview of their therapeutic goals and ask any questions.
15-minute Phone Consultation

These sessions will be guided by the client’s goals in therapy. I use an eclectic approach, but will primarily pull from ACT, CBT, and solution-focused approaches.

Getting credentialed with insurances can take time, so while that is a work in progress I can only accept self-pay. However, I can provide you with a superbill you can submit to your insurance for out-of-network reimbursement. I recommend checking with your insurance provider to understand your plan coverage.
