About Kelsey
Hi, I’m Kelsey Korenkiewicz. I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) located in Massachusetts. I graduated from the University of North Carolina Charlotte in 2017 and have been working in the mental health field ever since.
I am a Western NY native (Go Bills!), but have settled in Massachusetts with my family. In my free time, I can be found chasing around my daughter and exploring the area as a family of three.
In my therapy practice over the years, I have found myself to be most passionate working with individuals experiencing mental health struggles related to anxiety, perinatal mental health challenges, or navigating life transitions. Since becoming a mom myself, my passion for mental health during pregnancy and postpartum has only grown. I’ve learned that this extends past those early months and can impact a person’s entire identity.
I utilize an eclectic approach to therapy. However, I primarily draw principles from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and the solution-focused perspective.
I have found that while we all tend to have more in common than we think, each person needs something a little different. My goal is to listen without judgement or preconceived notions and walk alongside you through struggles and towards your goals.
